Feeding Your Cats

The best food for your cat depends on the results you are wanting to achieve. The cat food companies of ShowCats.com offer foods of varying qualities. Old Boy foods generally lower all numbers on cats and are not good choices for any of your quality animals. Pet House foods are a little better and will usually maintain traits and raise condition slowly. Top Cat formulas will raise condition and will usually help raise traits slightly depending on the formula (Top Cat Formula for Coat will improve grooming, etc.). Super Duper cat foods will raise the condition of your cat more quickly and will maintain and may help raise other traits.

If you are a premium member, you can design rations tailored to the specific needs of your cats (see the FAQ section about custom food ingredients for more information). You are going to have to decide what foods will work best for your cats and still remain within your budget.

Be sure to keep your adult cats on adult formulas and your kittens on kitten formulas. If you accidentally put a cat on an incorrect food for his age, his condition could drop rapidly.
