If the daily salary were to be calculated at this moment, the daily salary would be $8.22 multiplied whatever your daily salary setting is.  This estimate changes throughout the day as cats are fed, entry fees deducted, show payouts are awarded, etc.  It will always be more accurate as it gets closer to midnight, the time daily salaries are paid out.

Daily salaries are calculated based on how much money needs to be put back into the simulation to get the average balance back up to $2,500.  If there is more money in the simulation than what is required to get all users to an average of $2,500, a small amount is still added back to the sim.

An alternative source of revenue for all users is the selling of sessions.
